Alkyd primer is used achieve uniform surface finish to metal surface. Composed of formaldehyde resin, alkyd and polymer binder, this primer is applied on top coat and also on lacquer/varnish/glossy paint based surface. Advanced formulation of alkyd primer conceals stains of dried water, ink, grease or pencil marks to provide a smooth and flawless surface finish. This oil based bonding primer is accessible in liquid form. Alkyd primer needs to be applied by brush on required metal surface for a matt finished look.
